Can I combine services and treatments?
Absolutely. Please stop in or give us a call so we can discuss your needs. Our pricing is available on our services page and shows all itemized costs.
Can I purchase gift certificates online?
Yes! We offer a secure process for ordering and receiving your gift certificate. In addition, we can accept orders by phone or in person at the Salon. The quickest way is online.
What are the denominations of your gift certificates?
Online, we offer 30, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200 and 300. If you need a gift amount not listed, please let us know
Are gift certificates mailed?
Due to the volume of orders and costs associated with mailing, we have refined our process and email downloadable links to customers for the certificate. If you have special requests, please contact us.
When do gift certificates expire?
We ask all certificates be used within 12 months. For customers that have certificates that are now expired, please call the Salon and we'll help where we can. To redeem it, please let our staff know upon payment - your order number or printed certificate is required.
Can I schedule an appointment outside of your Salon hours?

How do you select your hair products?
It's easy! With over 30 years of experience cutting, styling and treating hair - we've tested most products and determined what works and more importantly, what our customers need. We carry the freshest line of DevaCurl, Goldwell, KMS, Redken, Purology in addition to several other brands.
Are your products naturally based?
We've done our research! Our loyal customers don't want trial and error for product selection. We have a deep education and understanding of what works and what doesn't. We pre-select brands that create from naturally based products and work up from there. Our core product line is available here.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards. In addition, we accept local checks from our regular customers.

Are your products the latest and most current?
YES! We carry only the latest/newest product lines. Our inventory is continually rotated to keep it 'fresh'.
Can I get hair product cheaper online?
Sure. We can provide the name and type of product we use in your hair treatment. Keep in mind, we carry the newest inventory. Just be aware of older or expired products that may not be as effective.
I have an event. Can the Salon schedule a group?
Simple answer is yes. We'd love to do our part to make your event magical. We only ask that you provide enough advance notice so we can make that time available. Please call to coordinate with our staff.
